He listened to what we actually wanted/needed and went above and beyond making sure he showed us what was available (some that weren't just yet!), assisted with the sale of our first lake-house and found what we purchased for the second. He genuinely cared. Kaitlyn was along to help with anything needed and these two were an absolute blast to work with. I feel it's so important to find a realtor within the area you want to buy/sell that has connections to other local realtors. Michael Mayben is as close to the perfect realtor that I have ever worked with. I actually look forward to selling with him. He has now sold two homes and one office building for me. He and his staff are extremely well organized, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He ALWAYS calls back and answers text messages. Michael has an incredible network.
