From there, she designed for the Omni Hotels Group, restaurants, banks, and high-end residential properties. Jackie and her husband, Jack, owned a home on Lake Cypress prior to moving to beautiful Upper East Side of Texas full time in 2009. She has valuable knowledge of the private lake and surrounding communities, along with the people who reside there. Since living in the area, Jackie has served on boards throughout the community and volunteers much of her time at her church. As a member of Mount Vernon’s Main Street Alliance, Jackie was one of the brainchild behind the Texas Downtown Association’s award-winning Harvest on Main. The event brings locals and tourists together every October for an outdoor 5-star dinner that raises over $10,000 annually.
